Biography
Having 20 years of experience in Human Resources training and development, Zeynep Karasoy has managed projects in the field of corporate training and development strategies, development programs and talent management.
Her areas of expertise are designing and delivering leadership and personal development programs, competency-based training, and corporate/personal workshops.
Starting her professional career at HSBC Bank, Zeynep managed various local and global development and talent programs as an Academy Leader. Finally, she had a chance to manage SoftTech Human Resources Training and Development team, the software company of İşbank.
She took part as a senior consultant and trainer for development center and training projects in various industries such as telecommunications, retail, energy, electronics, airlines, automotive, finance, health & pharmaceutical sectors.
Zeynep has a bachelor's degree in economics and she studied `The Effects of Emotional Intelligence in Corporate Companies” during her Interpersonal Communication MSc program.
She is an ICF member professional executive coach who has completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Coaching Training and Certification Program and holds the titles of Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Mentor Coach.
Zeynep believes in the power of coaching, a journey of awareness and transformation, where individuals discover themselves and unleash their potential, and continues her work in line with this belief. She works as a senior consultant, trainer, coach, and mentor since 2015.
